I think this says it all. My current state of body and mind is Tired. Still have to read an article before class tomorrow. :-s At this point I wish I could go back to my mother’s womb and be safe, warm and nurtured. Nothing to think about, nothing to be worried about and not to complain about. I also wish that people would stop complaining about the latest WhatsApp update: 2 blue check marks If you don’t want to answer people, just say so!!! smh Everyone has his or her moments. I’m back!! And happy to start my week without exam stress…. Thanks to a good conversation with a fellow student and friend, I took on her advice to go to the library this past saturday and start preparing for the new semester. And I must say: I feel confident approaching this coming semester.

When september arrived, we all knew that Summer was about to come to an end. For some reason, my male colleagues would say because I’m a woman, I’m always cold. So the switch from summer to fall isn’t a time that I normally welcome with open arms but I’ve decide to approach current season positive and enjoy it. The current good October weather also helps.

Oh la la chocolate lingerie

This is a question for all my brown and chocolate skin readers: Have you ever asked yourself while looking in the mirror: Why on earth did I bother to buy this “nude” skin toned lingerie when it doesn’t even blend with my skin color??? If you really think about it, when was the last time you went lingerie shopping and found a bra in a color that matched your skin tone? I don’t come across them very often.
